Introduction
The challeAs computer systems become increasingly large and complex, every computing technology plays a critical role at supporting next-generation science and engineering applications. Nowadays, the Computational Systems and Applications in science and engineering consist of heterogeneous software/hardware/network components of changing capacities and availabilities, and varied contexts. These systems and application provide solutions to large pools of users, in which effective solutions require appropriate and smart computational algorithms, architectures and platforms.
The first National Conference on Computational Systems and Applications (NCCSA’2024) focuses on Complex systems, information and computations using mathematics and engineering techniques. This conference will act as a major forum for the presentation of innovative ideas, approaches, developments, and research projects in the area of Computation Theory and its applications. It will also serve to facilitate the exchange of information between researchers and industry professionals to discuss the latest issues and advancements in the area of Advanced Computation and its applications.
NCCSA’2024 aims at bringing together researchers and practitioners in the country working-field in order to address computing challenges on science and engineering. Moreover, it seeks to provide a forum to present and discuss emerging ideas and trends in this highly challenging research field. We expect that the conference and its publications will be a trigger for further related research and technology improvements in this important subject. The topics suggested by this conference can be discussed in term of concepts, surveys, state of the art, research, standards, implementations, running experiments, applications and industrial case studies.
Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers to NCCSA’2024. All accepted papers are expected to be included in NCCSA conference proceeding. The authors of selected best papers will be invited post conference to extend their contributions for special issues of the MOMA journal to be planned in conjunction with the conference.

Paper Submission Guideline
All papers need to be submitted electronically through the conference submission website ( nccsa2024.univ-dbkm.dz ) with PDF format (Using CMT paper submission manager ). The materials presented in the papers should not be published or under submission elsewhere. Each paper is limited to 4 pages (or 6 pages with over length charge) including figures and references using IEEE Manuscripts style (two columns, single-spaced, 10 fonts).

Once accepted, the paper will be included in the NCCSA’2024 conference proceedings and at least one of the authors is requested to register the paper for the conference.
